online on our website to addresses in UAE.

Free shipping applies for
all orders above 100 AED. There is a charge of AED 10 for orders below 100 AED.
These charges are subject to change without prior notice. Any deliveries to be
made in a stipulated period or date may attract additional charges determined
by Viva E-platforms and the same will be specified on the order value before
placing an order.

When we accept an order,
we aim to deliver your Product consignment within 2 working days from the date
of order. If the order is placed before 12noon we may deliver on the same day.Delivery
dates are exhibitive only. We are not liable for any delay in delivery due to
unforeseen reasons including but not limited to product unavailability,
transport delays, natural calamities or any other reason beyond our control.

Our delivery partner will
contact you on the day of delivery to ensure someone is available to receive
your package. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver for any reason, our
partner will contact you by telephone the following business day to arrange an
alternative delivery date. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at
the time of delivery.

If you are not at the
delivery address, we will assume that any adults that are present at the
delivery address are authorized by you to take delivery of the Products that
you have ordered. If above criteria are not met or if there is no one at the
delivery address, we will not leave the Products at the delivery address.

While we aim to ship all
Products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to Product
mannerism or availability.

Ensure that all
deliveries shipped with an invoice.

Notwithstanding any laws or
otherwise, exchange or refund will be made as per our exchange and refund
policy.

 We do deliver to these locations Dubai,
Sharjah, Hatta, Kalba & KhorFakkan. All other regions will be delivered
through courier services available in the region. For such regions courier
charges may apply.
