The Littmann Classic II Paediatric S.E. Stethoscope has a two-sided chest component that provides excellent acoustic sensitivity. These two-sided models are intended, scaled, and acoustically precise for children and newborns, with classic bell/diaphragm chest pieces. The chest piece is made of solid stainless steel and contains a patented floating diaphragm with a one-inch traditional bell (paediatric) or a 3/4 bell (infant).
